​As an engineering company, Crescent Systems embraces the following code of professional ethics. All employees, suppliers, and sub-tier suppliers are expected to:

​

  • ​Make decisions consistent with the safety, health, and welfare of the public, and to promptly disclose factors that might endanger the public or the environment
     

  • Avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible, and to disclose them to affected parties when they do exist
     

  • Give honest and realistic claims or estimates based on available data
     

  • Refuse bribery in any forms
     

  • Improve our understanding of technology, its appropriate application, and potential consequences
     

  • Maintain and improve our technical competence and to accept tasks only when qualified by training or experience or after full disclosure of relevant limitations
     

  • Seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of technical work; acknowledge and correct errors; and credit properly the contributions of others

 

  • Treat fairly all persons and to not engage in acts of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, or sexual orientation
     

  • Avoid injuring others, their property, reputation, or employment by false or malicious action
     

  • Assist colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and to support them in following this code of professional ethics

Crescent Systems is an Aerospace and Defense contractor, subject to federal criminal and civil laws concerning fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, gratuities violations, procurement integrity, fair competition, trade controls, and the False Claims Act. Our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct has been developed to help us remain compliant with these laws.​

Crescent Systems operates with integrity, discipline, tolerance, and respect. We are committed to the high standards of ethics, excellence, fidelity, and quality that are expected of an engineering firm and defense contractor.

It is imperative that we continue to explore new technologies, increase our knowledge, and improve our skills. We will ask questions and voice concerns without reservation or fear of reprisal. We will participate only in honest enterprises and will conduct ourselves in a way that is above reproach. We will be held accountable when we do not.

CSI has a solemn obligation to those we have the honor to support. We will humbly listen to them with respect and will never violate their trust. We understand our responsibility in the execution of their mission. We cannot cause them to fail.
